In accordance with Articles L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

You will need to complete and print it to insert it into your package.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Packages must be returned using the Colissimo service and at the rates in effect with Colissimo. For packages outside of France, please contact us to know the return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products such as makeup and accessories that have been removed from their original packaging.
We remind you that: The right of withdrawal includes exceptions. It is, for example, excluded for the “supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized” (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Products must be returned in their original condition, with their tags and packaging in a new state.
Any damaged or stained product will be refused.
